1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Bowl Smart Recipe Manager (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.
2. License Grant
The Application is licensed, not sold, to You for use only under the terms of this license. Bowl Smart Recipe Manager app reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. This license grants You a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Application on any Apple-branded products that You own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules.
3. RestrictionsYou agree NOT to:
- Modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App
- Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice on the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
4. User Content
4.1 Content Creation and Ownership
- You retain ownership of any recipes, images, or other content you create within the App ("User Content")
- By using the App, you grant us the right to store and sync your User Content as necessary to provide the App's services
4.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to create or upload content that:
- Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Contains malicious code
- Violates any applicable laws
- Contains inappropriate or offensive material
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 App Ownership
The App, including but not limited to its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of YucaCreative OU and its licensors.
5.2 Trademarks
Bowl, the Bowl logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of YucaCreative OU or its affiliates.
6. iCloud Integration
6.1 iCloud Usage
- The App uses Apple's iCloud services for data synchronization
- Your use of iCloud features is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions
- You are responsible for managing your iCloud storage and settings
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Error-free or uninterrupted operation
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YUCACREATIVE OU BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from inability to use the App
- Other damages related to your use of the App
9. Changes to the AppWe reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features within
- Change the App's functionality or appearance
- Update the App to improve performance, enhance functionality, or address security issues
10. Updates and Maintenance
- The App may automatically download and install updates
- These updates are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop the App
- Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or updated functionality
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon Your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
14. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
Bowl Smart Recipe Manager under YucaCreative OU is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application, as specified in this Agreement, or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.
15. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
- Providing notice through the App
- Requiring acceptance of updated Terms to continue using the App

18. Severability

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them.
